laptop woes

For some reason my new (less than 4 months old) laptop will no longer charge; the connector seems to be loose.  Online HP tech-support has been useless so far, so it looks like I'm going to have to take it in to Best Buy tomorrow.  Luckily I have enough of a charge to back my files up, and still have my old laptop, and while it isn't optimal, at least it functions.
