Has anyone seen my resolve lying around?

It's Thursday, yay! I need some good entertainment to take away the cloud of suck hovering over this week.

Maybe I wouldn't be so depressed if I got out of the house this week though. But I've been feeling unwell enough that I didn't feel pressed to go out. And when I go out, it's hard to not spend money, and I'd rather not. But I still haven't gone to pick up my formal, which I had better do by tomorrow at least.

There's been several polls about female characters on Supernatural lately, and I am totally mystified at all the Ruby love. Really? I guess the character is a better fit, but the acting is soooo bad. Ah well, to each her own, I guess.

It's probably not good that I've changed my coffee routine to add a little under 1/4 cup of half & half to every cup, is it? It really adds something to the taste though. And I'm still only using 1.33 tsp of sugar and a less than a serving of the flavored non-dairy creamer - not quite as good as if I went sugar-free but way better than before. Almond milk doesn't quite work though, it's even thinner than milk, and I like my coffee with a more creamy texture. Regular soy milk isn't very tasty with coffee, I don't know what coffee shops do to it to make it taste less 'soy', but I haven't been able to replicate that at home. Maybe this month I'll try some of the peppermint mocha flavor a couple of brands have for the holidays...

Also, I've got to mention that I'm still so happy I don't drink soda anymore, except for maybe like 3 times a year now or something, not even diet soda. Apart from maybe just a little too much coffee, I mostly drink bottled spring water and a lot of generic Crystal Light clones (because they cost less than half of the name brand). All that sugar and carbonation was making me so much sicker all the time, not to mention the expense and wasted 'flat' soda. I don't even miss it.

I can't believe the weather's going down to the 40's already next week (lows in the 20s). *weeps* There are just not enough words to describe how much I hate winter.

In better news, I just got two new BzzAgent campaigns, giving me some free Listerine Whitening strips and a free Sonicare toothbrush sanitizer (which will go nicely with the free Sonicare toothbrush I got before that I'm still using). Excellent. I had just heard about the sanitizer and was wishing I could have one before I got the invitation, so yay! And apparently it not only kills some other germs, but also the herpes simplex virus off the brush, so that's good to know.

supernatural, bzz
