this has been a very shitty day. I'm tempted to think that it can only get better from here, but that's like saying out loud, "I'm not going to bring my umbrella because it's not going to rain," or "well, I'm sopped to the bone, I couldn't possibly be any. more. wet." and we all know what happens when you say things like that, don't we?
