A worn out, reinforced envelope is slipped underneath your door. Where ever you're staying. The postmarks indicate that it's been around the world, and none of the addresses are familiar. How did it even get to you? The last address it was sent to is a P.O. box, rented out to those who need it, so it can't be returned. You debate whether to open it, or to just leave it be.
The contents of the envelope leave no clearer impression. A metal playing card slips out. Followed by a small scrap of paper. There's a letter A scrawled across it. The handwriting is Arthur's.
You consider the card. The King of Hearts, also known as the Suicide king, though it is missing the characteristic sword through the head in this version... what does it mean? And is a straight answer ever not going to be too much to ask for?
[ooc: Any digging around will eventually connect the card to a series of arrests, assassinations, or just disappearances of evidence, resources, or people. How much your character finds out will be up to you. The "plumbing" business can be a strange place, and some of those events will certainly attract attention to those asking after them.]
[[ooc 2: Ambitious plot is ambitious Apologies for taking liberties with the other muses. (And basically godmodding.) But um, don't click unless you want to?]
