Lucifer’s pissed. He kicks and claws and rages his way out while Sam’s falling. Michael falls beside them, reaching toward the sky as if he thinks God will come down, save him. Lucifer watches with a mix of disgust and pity. Nobody saves him.
Nobody saves them.
Nobody ever will.
Sam made sure of that.
They hit the bottom. It’s the beginning of hell. Forever.
“Why?” Lucifer demands.
There are probably deeper things to say but they aren’t what Sam says: “No one dicks with Dean but me.”
There's fire and knives digging into their souls and they all scream.
