Details: The Tribunal was a powerful secret group of judges who considered themselves the ultimate authority for punishing criminals who thought themselves to be above the law. Believing Adam Kane to be guilty of creating new mutants to help him rise to power, The Tribunal had him kidnapped so that he could stand trial.
