Details: Kim was the Link who helped Gabriel Ashlocke to force his way into Sanctuary. While Gabriel was being “cured” by Adam Kane, he sent Kim to a safe house, for she was pregnant with Gabriel’s child.
Trivia: It's unlikely that Kim's child was the same as The Child from " The Prophecy," since the latter was created after Gabriel's death...but you never know.
