ESSENTIALLY what that entails is that if your character is a student, you can make them a teacher instead, or a superhero, or a member of the brotherhood, etc., and if they're a teacher you can make them a student or a bro or ... YOU GET THE IDEA
any kind of shuffling around is permitted but it's always more fun if you're making your character older or younger in some way.
