(no subject)
today has definitely been a good day. woke up at reed college this morning, having met several new friends, and having seen Spinky again. he's gonna be around portland till a week from tuesday, so he'll get a chance to meet my friends here, and they can see how wierd tamsters can be (not that they couldn't guess from being around me). left reed to get lunch, ended up dropping spinky, michael, and victoria off at pioneer place and heading back to my own campus. showered (first time since monday). did laundry. continued to forget to eat. i did, however, get to brew some of the oolong tea i bought yesterday, in the little teapot i bought yesterday. happiness. i love oolong.
other news, bjforester is back! as are most of my friends from up here. the group that was in montana building for habitat for humanity got back around 4 (jackie, bri, beth, john, alicia, and i'm not sure who all else, because no one would ever actually tell me).
went with jackie, bjforester, beth, and mighty_zy to see Hidalgo. pretty good movie, except for the overdone computer effects. oh well.
and i actually did some of my reading tonight, which is good, so that all i have for tomorrow is a page or so of writing and german homework. but for right now, ramen is good. i've got several pages from the roadtrip notes typed up already, but they're on mighty_zy's laptop, so i'll need to get him to send that to me before he sends it to the shop. silly laptops breaking in strange ways. i'll post the notes when i get them back.
i guess i should go to be soon, since we're getting up early to go the the 8 o'clock service at church tomorrow (or today, if you silly people want to be technical). sleep well all.
