I'm Nice and FUCKED!
I'm going to start off by saying the government is so beyond fucked up! At the end of March I received a speeding ticket for doing 70mph in a 65mph. It's 5 over in a limited access, therefore no points are applied. I just paid it cause the cop clocked me actually going a little faster than that, and even wrote that on my ticket.. so I was given a break, and didn't wanna go to court and possibility get screwed over and given a ticket for the actual speed. Okay, so I have a Speed Limited Access 70/65 on my driving record. No points. I get a letter from the Secretary of State. It says my "probationary period" has been extended until Jan 23, 2004. That is a load of horse cock. I've already been through and completed the graduated driver's license shit. I have the full operators license. So apparently there's two different probations. This fact was never disclosed to me.. I think I should sue the state for failure to do so. So yeah.. now I'm labeled some criminal or something because I was doing 70 in a 65. Fuck off! There's these 80 year old men and women on the road with no fucking clue what they're doing, yet they're never bothered. It's blatant discrimination against minorities to do something like this, and not do it to the elderly. I should file a lawsuit, I'm pissed. They wrote in the letter if I receive one more ticket(which I did, and we'll get into that) that I will be scheduled for a review of my driving performance and license suspension. Now.. my 2nd ticket. Which I go to court this Friday for. This ticket is total horse cock! This lying bastard cop said I was doing 55mph in a 45mph (on Woodward). Which I wasn't.. he made a guess at my speed, no radar or laser gun was used. I was actually doing about 48mph. So if the court doesn't help me out.. and keep this off my driving record.. I am sooo fucked. I went 2 and a half years without getting one fucking ticket, and I get one minor one, and now I'm in a position to be majorly fucked. And even if the court doesn't put this 2nd bullshit ticket on my record, I'm still fucked with my insurance. I'm not sure whether they'll take into consideration my 5 over limited access ticket, but they will take my mom's. She recently got a speeding ticket in a school zone.. didn't take it to court or anything, just paid it. She's on my insurance. So yeah.. my insurance is gonna sky rocket between my ticket and her ticket. I cannot believe this. I'm so fucked over. And it's nice to know that 80 year old man that is out there running people off the road, going 35 on the highway, and can't see where he's going, has no hassle such as I am having. Talk about fucking corrupt bullshit!
