Read this. It's an article entitled The Importance of Stupidity in Scientific Research, and was published in The Journal of Cell Biology (one of my personal favourites, thank you major).
It's possibly the best explanation of what I feel like I'm doing in school. I get confused, I poke at it and wait for the cell to respond, and if everything goes as planned I get slightly more confused in a slightly more predictable way.
Grad school, here I come!
(In other news, genetics exam was fairly easy and cell biology keeps making me misspell simple words like gel and Golgi. Tomorrow can't be over soon enough!)
