I will miss the fact that every time I saw you, whether in school, at Congress, or outside of school, I got the feeling that you were genuinely happy to see me. Of course, this meant I was always just as happy to see you! I'll miss your willingness to volunteer for anything. I'll miss your smiling face and your giggle. I'm not sure I've ever heard you say a bad word about a person, and I admire that.

I will miss your looks(not the way you look, but your expressions). Often, I will do or say something, and I'll just look at you to gauge your reaction, and the expression on your face will make me laugh aloud. I will miss your biting wit, your ability to say otherwise cruel things in a hilarious way. I will miss your stories about tractor shows and your other jobs- you tell good stories. And of course, I will miss your mother, brother, and Chief!

Jenny, I will miss the fact that you are honestly a good person and want the best for people in life. You have a compassion for others, that I, unfortunately, do not possess. While this has caused rifts in our friendship before, I just want you to know that I appreciate the fact that you are not as callous as me. And to let you know, I'm working on it. (Hopefully I'll be more successful than Crazy was at working on sharing.) I love that you don't mind doing weird things with me, and just shrug your shoulders and say "okay!" and if it's tooooo embarrassing, you just laugh at me instead of getting mad or yelling. It makes me feel funny :)

I love how incredibly laidback you are about everything (except losing!). It makes life, especially spending weeks at a time with you in a tent much more enjoyable than it otherwise would be. I like that we can talk for a long time and that you often bring a different perspective, that I wouldn't have contemplated without you. I like that I can just walk into your house and sit down and get myself a bowl of popcorn and watch a movie with your family, and no one seems to think it's strange. I like that you understand my love of big dogs and that you let mine out when I get lazy.

First, I love our ability to talk for hours, without really doing anything. I like our efficent baking skills. I even like your tendency to be late/forget things... because it makes you who you are. It sometimes annoys me when I have to double check on things because I'm not sure you'll remember them, but at the same time, you are a reminder that if I relax once in a while, I might actually have more fun. I like sitting at your counter, reading Glamour, and talking to your parents for hours. I don't like them more than you, but I like the family dynamic. I like that I'm going to see you Friday!
