Great job. I honestly didn't think I'd be interested in something that had neither R nor E in it, but you have foiled me once again. Grabbed me from the first passage. Great characterization. Great emotional punch in so few words.

I was hoping someone would touch on this subject, because it was something I kept thinking about during the entire film. I was waiting to hear about people trying to pass look-a-likes off as the Lost Princess. It would have been a whole Anastasia situation. This was great, and I can't wait to read more! :)

Well, I've read stories set in Eugene's past or Rapunzel's past, but this is an entirely new take. I'm intrigued. I like seeing more of the king (and potentially the queen, going forward?).

It's also really gut-wrenching. Well done.

Oh man, I'm excited to see where this goes next. I've got a soft spot for the king, so it's wonderful to see some fiction from his POV that's this damn good.
