So, who else uses 80% rhubarb to 20% apple to eat from scratch?

I had vague plans for the remaining 400ml of stewed rhubarb, and was happy enough for
mjdart to make something instead, but I didn't expect that plan to be 'stew 4 apples, mix into all but 50 ml of rhubarb, call it dessert'.
I mean, it's almost dessert...but I'd want...I dunno, pastry or pancakes or icecream before counting it. Anyway. Fruit is good.
