Salam bros,

For your second question: The Noble Qura'an never mentioned that person as "Pharaoh" instead called him a "King" but for Prophet Moses PBUH period of time the leader was called a "Pharaoh". So, 20 years ago or so researchers in Egypt while studying the period estimated for Prophet Joseph PBUH found out that for a short period of time Egypt was invaded by an army coming from the Levant (Syria-Jordan-Palestine ... ) and ruled for a short time. But what is significant about the ruling family is they have denounced the title "Pharaoh" for their king!!!! And probably they were monotheists. For years people thought Akhenaten was in that time but he was a Pharaoh. So nowadays Arabic speaking people when talking about this king they turned back to using the nick name mentioned in Qura'an (Aziz Misr - عزيز مصر ) without naming him.

For the third: there's a lot of arguments about which peiod of time was the Prophet Moses PBUH alive as Egypt had lots of invaders and strong rulers from withtin after the time of Prophet Joseph PUBH. But Egyptian archaeologists said that from the time of Prophet Joseph the rulers and most of the nation followed the remnants of Prophet Idris's PBUH religion (relying on poems and songs in praising ONE God found from that period) Except for the Hyksos (I hope it is correct in english?) who appeared to be seculars but subjecting the nation to follow a pagan religion which they can manipulate and raise their statures as of gods... And so they manipulated the natural believe of the people from "Praising Prophet Noah PBUH" from a mere human to a god who saved humans from the great flood and later continues to save the Egyptian people every year when the Nile floods (Hapi).

Brother Sami mentioned his name to be Ramsses, and non-muslims will mention that name and to be exact he's Ramsses II or the great because most of the temples we see today in Egypt were built in his time and by his authority. However, he's not the pharaoh in Muses PBUH time. Because a victory "khartoush" or banner or overhead painting (whatever dude..) made in his time he claims to have battled and won against the Israelites in Palestine! So they are not within Egypt anymore and they are already established an army and captured the land. That did not happen in the time of Moses PBUH, this Ramsses has to come afterwards!!!!

Just to clarify I might have made a couple of mistakes it is all from what I memorized from a lecture...

Peace up
