Admin Post: Hotel Update Redux
I have been on the phone with the hotel AGAIN, checking on the status of this, and the Holiday Inn sysem was DOWN all morning, so we are talking about TWO PM, EASTERN STANDARD TIME, when our room rate and block will be in the 1-800-HOLIDAY system.
Apologies for the hotel confusion - have patience with me, Muskrat People, it'll all work out!
(Reminders:
- Attendees must refer to Writers International: MJ 2007 (see? Aren't you happy you don't have to actually SAY "Muskrat Jamboree"?) in order to get the discounted rate and be in our block of rooms.
- IF THEY RUN OUT OF ROOMS IN OUR BLOCK, leave a comment here. I will get more rooms added on right away and let you know when to call back. We WON'T run out of rooms - I can add as many as we need to.
- Cost: $119/night. This applies from March 27 through April 2nd, as well. The rooms with two double beds easily sleep four, and you may rent a cot for $15/day.
Important: Reservations MUST be made by FEBRUARY 28TH.
That is ONE MONTH before the con.
You MUST make your reservation by then in order
to get that rate and to be in the room block.
Please do not call before 2PM today - you won't get a spot in our room block!
