Actually, i had a massive baking failure today. Was supposed to bake chocolate chip cookies but..... the recipe called for "rolling the dough into balls before baking"... but my batter was totally liquid. like syrup liquid kinda liquid. =( So i added in extra flour... still liquid. Chilled it... still liquid. Finally i gave up and stuffed them into muffin cups before realizing that......... they actually poofed up quite a bit and the recipe was accurate. RAWR. Hence, cookcakes. =)
