(no subject)
So, some bits of bad news:
1) Due to financial issues, I will not be paying my cell phone bill for the month. (That's one of the nice things about prepaid--I have the option to do this). Hopefully at the beginning of May I'll be able to make a payment. Until then, my dorm phone # is 523-2443, and Jenny's cell # is 928-380-0310. I mean, my paycheck was bigger than usual this week, but the week after next is convention, so yeah.
2) Spooky is semi out of commission for the time being. He has a leak in his power steering pump and, while I'll drive him when absolutely necessary--for the most part, he's going to rest in the parking lot for awhile. And by awhile, I mean until I can take him home to Ktown to get him fixed. (I would just get him fixed here, but my mom has friends in the car repair business now--because she's a paper delivery person--and I'll be able to get a discount).
Other than that, the pain from my foot has moved into my calf, making it stiff, and my mouth has several canker sores in it. They all hurt like a bitch.
And Convention is coming up, and although I'm looking forward to going, I am barely going to have enough money to do so. Basically, I'll have enough to pay Heather and Theresa for gas (that's what I'm using my chapter provided money for), and Mindy for the hotel room, and that's that. I'm not planning on eating at Convention :). And besides that, I'm losing money on it, because I've had to take Friday and Saturday of the week after next off to go . . . so I'll probably get a whopping one day of work that week! So exciting.
Anyway, I'm going to stop bitching, because overall, life is good. I am going to have a blast at convention, I know I am, and in the long run I will be glad I went.
