Sad
For those of you who haven't already read ... Sydney (my dog) is dying of kidney disease.
She's getting an I.V. treatment at the vet right now, but her state doesn't look any better (very lethargic).
We're going to have to put her to sleep very soon.
I'm pretty much a mess -- my insides feel like they're decaying from sadness.
She's been my constant friend since I was 11, and now she won't be there anymore.
I'd rather she'd go than live another month or two with this disease -- she shouldn't have to suffer with constant nausea and incontenience as her vital organs shut down.
I just wish this didn't have to happen. I love her so much.
