What a couple of days
Well, what can I say, My 2 days off were quite eventful. First the computer caught a virus, went through all the decontamination but the harm was done. So I am computerless until Monday.
Jen was sick with the Flu all day Tuesday, So I being the loving, caring person I am, took care of her and made sure Alyssa didn't cause too much trouble. Yeah right, the terrible twos have set in, so attitude and all the bitchiness you can get happened.
Wednesday we went out to take the computer to the repair shop (yeah Warranty)and spent all day shopping and just hanging out. Jen was still a little sick but a lot better than Tuesday. On the way home Alyssa and I started playing the chasing game and clutzy daddy found a hole in the grass. Needless to say My ankle didn't like that too much, so down I went with Aly in my arms then in the grass. No damage to Aly (thank God), but my ankle looks like a balloon. Also learned an important lesson. Fight the instinct to throw whatever is in your arms away from you when falling, namely my daughter.
Well back yo work I go and pop some more painkillers for my foot.
