Well I suppose I best write down something. We have all been fighting a very severe cold for the last week and myself and Aly are over it but Jen is feeling the heavy of it still. Still waiting for Sitel to get off their asses to send me my ROE that is the only thing holding up my process do I can at least bring in some money before school. I have never seen a more poorly run company when it comes to administration. I am glad in a way that I am out from all the bullshit that goes on there. But I miss the people I wooked with. I still talk to a few, but it is not quite the same. I have found in an article published by the Careers Center of Human Resources and Development Canada that Sitel is the lowest rated Call Center to work for. They maintain the guidlines of the Labour Standards, however they follow them to an almost gray area of the law. This company has also one of the highest turn over rates of close to 46% I think was the number, Which is a staggering amount. The most common complaint is the employee management hierarchy that is almost dictorial. Well enough of my raving. With that off of my chest, time to go get ready to go to the library.
