ME
Ah yes, the classics. What's your personality like?: eccentric. distinctive. charming. multifaceted. sarcastic. kid of dickish. impatient. artistic. weird.
Do you play any instruments? If not, what instruments would you like to play if you learned how to play one?: i dabble in bass. but what i really really would love to learn is the organ. al kooper you are a god.
Imagine you're trying to set up a band. How would you go about advertising or looking for other bandmates? well i'm a bitchin graphic designer and occasionally design flyers for local bands here in Milwaukee, so flyers. posters. set up in record shops and college campuses.

. . . . . . . . .

THE (SORTA) TOUGH STUFF
Are you politically involved? no.
Would you consider yourself more of a person who likes to sit down and listen to the structure of music, or someone who just dances to it? listener. i air guitar a lot if that counts as dancing.
Choose one song that epitomizes how you like your music. For example, if you're a dancer, you'd probably choose something like The Beach Boy's 'Dance Dance Dance'.  i have no idea. a song about being the weird artistic tattooed drinking sarcastic one out of your group of friends. maybe floyd's childhoods end "childhood's end, your fantasies merge with harsh realities" maybe? i don't know. i'm sure the kinks strangers is a pretty good one for like everyone
"So you've been where I've just come
From the land that brings losers on
So we will share this road we walk
And mind our mouths and beware our talk
'Till peace we find tell you what I'll do
All the things I own I will share with you
If I feel tomorrow like I feel today
We'll take what we want and give the rest away
Strangers on this road we are on
We are not two we are one "
. . . . . . . . .

SCALE IT DOWN FOR ME!
On the scale 1-5, how much do you like what would be considered 'stereotypical' acoustics in your band? We're talking strumming acoustic guitars here, very earthy feel. stereotypical? who the fuck cares about stereotypical anything? no one cares.
On the scale 1-5, how experimental do you like your music? Will you be using rubber ducks as backup singers, or just sticking with your typical four-piece band? her der remember floyd's games for may? they had rubber ducks on the stage. that was super early floyd. with syd still.
On the scale 1-5, how danceable is your music? Could you groove to it in a club, or do you have to sit down to appreciate the nuances? you know i think i'm not going to do this scale thing because i can't really do it. i think i'll just respond with what i believe to be a sassy comment, but in reality, i just look stupid. i don't like clubs. not that i've ever been to one. just bars.
On the scale 1-5, how sentimental is your music? Butterflies and days gone by, or pushing forward, no regrets? Non, je ne regrette rien
On the scale 1-5, how sexual is your music? Getting down and dirty, or sunshine and lollypops? like "the lemon song" sexual.

Quick, choose one inanimate object you own that you think represents you as a person the most. Don't explain it, just state it. well my sister thinks crab people from south park are the number one think that reminds her of me. so. crab people.
How important is live performance to the music you like? As in, presentation? Running around the stage or just about the music? it's just as much about the performance as it is the jams, maaaan.
How important is image to the music you like? that sentence doesn't make sense to me.

. . . . . . . . .

Is there a role you strongly disagree to be voted in? Please don't choose more than two as the options are limited: not...really. you SHOULD know that i do infact sound like bob dylan. and i need to be drunk to sing but that should not be a problem.

[ VOTERS!! The options for this theme are on the main 'Role' post!]
