(no subject)
It is now the fifth of July, not the fourth, which is what I will report on mostly. I had a day off today, my only day off this week. I have only worked two days this week but I managed to put in 30 hours. No joke. This being true I will be on over time at 7:30 tomorrow evening. That's pretty exciting. I finished house sitting. I miss the dog. The family paid me a lot, which I didn't really expect, so today I went out and spent upwards of $100 on clothes, movies and other things that I just wanted because I've been really really careful all summer about not spending money I thought it was okay to blow some extra cash. That and I work more than 70 hours a week.
Speaking of work...At work I drive the 15 passenger van that takes all the international students to and from work. It is quite the massive vehicle, Jamie you would enjoy driving it I think. Any way, the van's parking spot is a spot that is behind funtown's 15 passenger van and in front of a fence, so it must be parallel parked every time it is brought back. I've been doing this all year and I haven't hit anything yet but the other day I backed the van into the big green building that is next to the van. It made a loud crunching noise and now there is a crack in the tail light and it has green paint on the light. Go me. My boss wasn't really mad. He made fun of me a little, and commented the next day on how I was about 12 feet away from the building...Which isn't true, I was only about 4 feet away. Good times. At least I wasn't the first.
I am very very tired now and I think I shall sleep. Good night all!
