My live journal home page says I haven't updated in a week, so here goes.
Not much is new. I have two new employees this week. One from the Dominican Republic and one from Ukrania. They are both very smart. I'm very glad they are my empoloyees. Rob also promised me another new girl this weekend. That's three new people in one week! I realized today that while it can be hard to train some one to work alone who is from here, it is VERY hard to teach someone who doesn't speak completly fluent english to work alone. If they've lived here all their lives at least they know what the word 'napkin' means, which makes life a bit easier.
I have been enjoying getting to know people from other countries. Most of them are really nice and very friendly. This being true, I've been lacking on the sleep. But you can sleep when you're dead right?
