First of all, I want to thank you all for the great response to my latest mix, I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
Now, onto the recommentations.
(All songs are mp3's uploaded on mediafire. The links are the little notes next to the song titles. If there are any problems, please let me know. Do not repost/share these links, comment if you like, and enjoy! )

Details in the Fabric ~ Jason Mraz
If it's a broken part, replace it
if it's a broken arm then brace it
If it's a broken heart then face it
And hold your own
Know your name
And go your own way

Slow and melancholic, but also optimistic in a way- a typical Jason Mraz song, in my opinion. I really love the way it builts up.

I Don't Need You ~ the Pierces
I'm on my own feeling like a liar.
I'm almost home but I'm geting tired.
You never could look back.
You never would look back.
Because...
I don't need you and you don't need me.
I don't need you; you don't need me.

The Pierces are lovely in general, and this is one of my favorite songs of theirs (3 wishes, Secret and Boy in a Rock n Roll Band are too, but they're more well known). This song is soul-piercing from the very first chord.

Another Heart Calls ~ the All-American Rejects ft. the Pierces
Just as soon as I see you, didn’t I, didn’t I tell you?
As deep as I need you, you wanna leave it all
What can I do?
Say it’s true
Or everything that matters breaks in two
Say it’s true
I’ll never ask for anyone but you

I haven't heard much of the All-American Rejects, but this duet with the Pierces is amazing. No, it's epic. Different from the kind the Pierces usually do, but I like the result. Deffinitely worth a listen (or a thousand, if you ask me).

Free Falling ~ Tom Petty
I'm a bad boy, 'cause I don't even miss her
I'm a bad boy, for breaking her heart
And I'm free, free falling

This is mellow and nostalgic and has to be somewhat old, but they've been playing it a lot on the radio recently and I love it.

Why Does It Always Rain On Me? ~ Travis
Why does it always rain on me?
Is it because I lied when I was seventeen?

It's amazing how I keep discovering or re-discovering Travis all the time. This song, for example. I don't know how come I hadn't known it until about a month ago, while I did stumble upon the lyrics all the time. To make it up, I've listened to it a trillion times over the last weeks, and wrote it down in a million pieces of paper, notebooks etc.
Travis's songs are always beautiful, and this is no exception.

The Ice is Getting Thinner ~ Death Cab for Cutie
We're not the same, dear, as we used to be
The seasons have changed and so have we
There was little we could say and even less that we could do
To stop the ice from getting thinner under me and you

I have a strange relationship with DCfC's music, but this song is deffinitely a good one, plus you know you'll love it, cause it was featured on last season's Gossip Girl finale! :P
