Well, our band concert Monday night went down pretty well. And without any bats, although there was a red balloon that went floating across the stage while their band was playing; it was pretty funny.
So, this book I ordered came the other day. I found this to be relevant to my interests:
Ship's musicians my lay claim to any instruments found among the spoils.
And:
Ship's Musicians
All musicians shall have their only day of rest on the Sabbath. Any other day, musical pirates shall be granted leisure time only by favour of the Captain or Quartermaster.
Musician pirates! Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! ^_^
Ah well. I'm sorry for being so silly. I need something to keep my sanity--ok maybe that be not the best choice of words XD something to dwell on, that works--while I try to deal with all this dentistry bullshit. Turns out I was wrong--the root canal STILL isn't done. I went back on Tuesday again and he was supposed to finish it. Which I thought meant put in a permanent filling and get the crown. But oh no. He didn't even kill the nerves yet!! Thanks for telling me, asshole!!! D:< I finally got annoyed and said I wish you'd explain what you're doing more. So he was like OK, well here's the deal--your roots are too small and we can't get to the nerves to kill them, so you'll need to go to a specialist. WHAT. D: So they referred me to a specialist here in town, but when I went to make the appointment it turns out they don't take my insurance. So, to make a long story short (bah) now I have to go to the twin cities to get it done. I am VERY. UPSET. about all this. It's been over a month now already!! Ugh. X(
