Ah, I love good days.
Well, today really started out kind of sucky and got progressively worse...and then I got a voicemail from Kyle while I was at choir practice, and that made it much better. I was kind of mad that my phone was on silent and that I missed his call, but a voicemail with two I love you's made it better, lol.
P.E. may have been the funniest class ever today. Put me, Jamie, Sean, and Scott together and we have some great laughs. Jamie hit the birdie up to this light that wasn't working, and when it hit the light, the light comes on. Lolol. Oh, and Scott has too much "aggression" and so he tries to kill Sean, lol. Oh lord, fun times.
Leadership was fun too...I think I'm finally pretty much prepared for state, and so I just went through my speeches once and that was it. I'll go in early tomorrow morning, and we'll study some Saturday night, and then yeah...I guess we'll see.
My VFW Voice of Democracy essay was printed in this week's paper, and I've had a few comments on that, which is nice. Dean (our bus driver who we made an honorary FCCLA member) and some other people have told me good luck on running for president, so that's nice too.
Sports banquet was tonight. Ah, sad times. Sam made THE funniest comment of all time when she was talking while we were giving the coaches their presents. She's like, "We just wanted to say that we've had fun with everyone...fun on the bus..." and everyone cracks up laughing because of the "incident" haha. She realized what she said and was like, "I didn't mean it like that!" Lol, oh so great. Sam, Alli, and Steph got Whitney and I presents too, which was sweet. I got a picture frame, cards for all the times that Sam told me to bring cards and I didn't, and a pencil sharpener for all the pencils Sara always broke, lol. *sigh* I'm going to miss them.
Then I got home and set out to do summaries, and Kyle called :) Happiness once again. I've made Melissa, Trisha, and Kara listen to my voicemail too, haha. Well, Trish had never heard his voice, so yeah. And Kara and Melissa were all "awww," lol.
Yeah, I'm a great big dork, but who didn't know that?
