Cat's dress is very 80's Barbie again. I'm not sure how I feel about that.
Tonight's Guest Judge is: Wackadoodle Crazypants Mia Michaels, oh god. I may have drugs, but there are not enough to soften the experience of listening to her for the next two hours. Great Lady Terpsichore help me through!
Interview Theme of the Night: How as being on the show been for you so far?
1. Janette and Branden doing a Cha-Cha routine choreographed by Jean Marc & France Genereux to Hush Hush; Hush Hush by The Pussy Cat Dolls - The costuming is lovely, and suites the dancers personalities, accountancy aside for Janette. However, I don't think this is the best they've ever done. I like them, but this didn't have the kind of power tonight that they had last week. It was very good, but, it seemed a bit by the numbers. Nigel said it's the best Cha-Cha they've ever had on the show. Mary put them on the hot tamale train. And no one wants to hear what Wackypants has to say, even Cat is dreading it. Hey looky there, she said something almost nice to poor Branden, and called him amazing.

2. Kayla and Kupono doing a Contemporary routine choreographed by Sonya to Eyes on Fire by Blue Foundation - Contemporary is not my favorite, but I like Sonya's work so I'm looking forward to seeing something sick here. I find the interviews boring so I'm not talking about them. The theme of the dance is something to do with vampires. Oh god the music is from Twilight. I'm not sure if I can still respect Sonya because I expect something more original from her. I don't mind that it's from the Twilight soundtrack, I mind that Sonya went this route. I don't like the costumes because they seem to take away from the number. In fact, I paid more attention to the costumes than the dancing. Nigel liked it. Mary said they're still on the hot tamale train. Proving Wackypants and I live on different planets, she loved the costuming and thought this was Sonya's best piece ever. She's all about praising every thing about the dancers, like covering them with sprinkles.

3. Randi and Evan doing a Broadway routine choreographed by Joey Dowling to Rich Man's Frug from Sweet Charity - Still hate Broadway routines. Still hope for the best. Never having watched Sweet Charity all the way through, I think they're adorable in this. I'm not super impressed over all. Nigel says this was a big homage to Bob Fosse. It reminded me more of the montage of looking for more dance moves from Bring It On. Nigel was more about Randi than Evan, but still thinks they're in his top ten. Mary's right, Evan did have a great cartwheel at the open. I don't want to listen to Wackypants. Crap, Wackypants and I agree on something, Randi needs more body flight.

4. Jason and Caitlin doing a Pop Jazz routine choreographed by Brian Friedman to Creator by Santigold - Something about Aliens is the story. She looks more like a post modern dragon than an alien. They've had some great tricks in this one. I don't know what the judges are going to think. Cat told Caitlin that Roswell was that way and to find her own way home. Nigel thinks it was weird and crazy and called the Caitlin's costume a dancing condom. Mary thinks they dug in but that it didn't play to their strengths. Wackypants is up now, she finds it fun and refreshing. The only thing she didn't like was Caitlin's costume. And I have to say, Jason is rather fit.

5. Jeanine and Phillip doing a Hip Hop routine choreographed by Tabitha and Napolean to Keep Your Love Locked Down by Kayne West - I watched this in another room because I am still falling asleep at a drop of a hat so I walked into the kitchen. They had a chain as a prop but they were off the hook tonight. They totally brought it and I am willing to bet this beauty and the geek pairing are safe. I have no idea what Nigel thought but Mary and Wackypants seemed to like it.

6. Melissa and Ade doing a classic Passe de Deux routine choreographed by Thordal Christensen to the tradition Romeo and Juliet suite - Per Melissa it's the first time they've had someone en pointe on the program, and holy cats! Have you ever seen classical ballet with this much energy and enthusiastic reception?! I never even looked down to note that Ade wasn't on pointe as well. They were that beautiful and good. I have no idea where or how Ade trained but he and Melissa are possibly the best pairing on this show for me. I'm ignoring Wackypants, except for the part where she called them brilliant.

7. Karla and Vitolio doing a Quick Step routine choreographed by Jean Marc & France Genereux to Putting on the Ritz by Rufus Wainwright - Eeeeek! I'm nervous about our newest couple having the Quick Step as their first routine together. I don't know if either of them have ballroom or latin in their background, but if they don't, I'm concerned. The story is something about a museum, flames and a blow dryer?? I don't know about this. Oh my! What a gorgeous costume change for Karla! From a stodgy polka dot piece, to something fun and chiffon. Vitolio was dapper in spats. I'm not sure what the judges are going to say. Nigel loved the choreography, the costume change, and he liked the whole thing over all. I could almost swear Tom Felton is sitting behind Jean Marc, but wearing a ridiculous furry hat. I doubt it, but that's how it looked. Mary liked it. Wackypants pays homage to the choreographer Jean Marc but totally blows off the other choreographer France. Now she's calling Vitolio a wild horse. I'm going to stop listening to her again.
