remember what i said about auditioning for theatre?...
so yeah, i've made my first show here at EIU. It's called Only an Orphan Girl, and is a really funny, cheesey melodrama. It's basically a silent moie on stage and with sound. I have a small part, i'm an entre' act player who plays guitar and sings a little durring intermissions and also serves as a stage hand. but the cast is really good, i'm looking forward to making some new friends. and also its going to be cool to perform in a black box arena theatre. so it opens Feb 23, a friday, and runs until tuesday. if anyone feels like making the trip, lemme know and i'll see if i can secure some tickets. keep it real, everyone.
