Useless entry, only read if you are bored :o)
So, tomorrow I am going back to work at Dairy Queen/Orange Julius. My favorite thing about that job is that I can feel like a normal, working human being while expanding my horizons. How so? Well, the normal human being part comes with having a regular, wage-paying job, where I make ice cream cones and collect tips for being female (its a tip economy - if a guy wants to put the moves on you when you are working, he leaves a tip). Now, the expanding horizons part has two components. First of all, I get to people-watch because I work in a mall and its like one big psychology experiment (I also get some Spanish experience because I hear people speaking it). Second, because DQ is not usually busy during the morning, I get to read whatever I want on the job. Tomorrow will be a book about the human genome, because that floats my boat. In conclusion, my job rocks. I also get free ice cream. Come visit. Thanks :o)
