1. Two guys from my physics class are going to be coming with me to MIT, then I also have some friends who will be sophomores at Harvard this coming up fall, so that's cool too I guess. I dunno- I don't really have an opinion of it. I mean, it's cool that I'll know people, but I also met some other people when I went up to visit for campus preview weekend for admitted students. The people who will be in my class from my HS I didn't really hang out with too much, but they're funny and pretty cool, so I'm kind of glad I get to chill with them some more to see (a) how they change and (b) if we'll be any better friends.
2. I guess it really doesn't bother me too much if it's fair or not. I'm going to be in college so if I want to avoid hearing things like that, I can probably accomplish it. But, I don't really mind when people talk to me about their problems/stories. There can be some pretty funny stories to be heard. And, if I really wanted to talk about my sex life, it shouldn't be hard to find people who will listen.
3. Either Rome or Hawaii. I loved Rome for the site-seeing and culture. I really wish I spoke Italian. Hawaii was just blatantly amazing- clear waters, beautiful life both in the water and just in general, etc.
4. Yeah, life is pretty good at home. Occasionally Eric will make a comment implying his superiority intellectually and just overall. It's gotten better recently, though. Just a re-occuring theme that sometimes bothers me.
5. I just saw it actually! I went to the midnight showing with a few of my guy friends. Technical difficulties + previews made the actual movie not start until around 12:40 and we got there around 11, but whatever- it was definitely worth the wait. I LOVED it. Have you seen it yet?

1. Ah, that would be weird. But hey, at least it's not your whole class. And you'll have a small built-in community at first, which should help :-)
2. Ain't THAT the truth.
3. Never been to Rome, but Hawaii is beautiful.
4. Your brother amuses me to no end. He reminds me of my brother in the most endearingly dorky ways. Glad all is otherwise well.
5. I saw it last night, too (and we, too, had to wait an hour in line just to get seats together in the very back of the theater). In any case, that movie was full of awesome. If Oscar nominations don't result from at least some of that acting, there is no justice in this world.
