Top ten reasons I love being a luxury agent…
10. Getting paid to listen to music, sleep, eat, and fill out surveys on myspace.
9. Being able to “make busy” for long periods of time with pretty much no questions asked.. Because hey! We were “faxing” something for 20 minutes.
8. Having no REAL supervision most of them time.
7. Getting to talk to entertaining people such as “Scott Lopez from the LaBURG” haha.
6. Having e-mail, so we can e-mail each other the things we can’t say out loud… or we're just too lazy to... haha.
5. Not having to be in the same room with certain 5-0 agents who annoy the shit out of me….
4. Getting away with pretty much everything because hey… we’re luxury agents….
3. Getting to log out to “check messages” “return messages” or “do synxis” and not being questioned when we’re off the phones for like 3 hours.
2. Napping between calls because we’ve been on wait for a half hour…
1. Sedona, Napa, Sacramento and San Francisco. All for free. All at 5 star hotels. Drunk, all weekend.

10. Having nobody who REALLY knows how to use Opera…
9. Being in the polar ice caps of the office. It’s seriously like 10 degrees colder in our department than anywhere else in the building.
8. Only having 6 people you can switch schedules with.
7. Our “supervisor” enough said.
6. E-mails from the Concierge when they’re “too busy can you do them?” like we have nothing better to do.. hey! I have surveys to fill out! (haha)
5. Not being able to use the line “I’m actually not ON the property” and pretending like we’re actually IN Napa and Sedona… “yeah.. the weathers great!” haha.
4. Getting roll over calls when there are 3 other 5-0 agents on wait.
3. Having all the 5-0 agents pissed off at us because they're jealous.
2. Finishing all the Synxis reservations, then seeing 10 more in the inbox…
1. Not having rates on the Milliken site anymore so you get the people who almost have a heart attack when you tell them how much the rooms are.
