Starlight Shows - Bane of my life
Ok, they're not really that bad, and while I was growing up they were definatly the highlight of every 4 months!
But now that im too old to be IN them, and I have to work backstage?? Hmm Not so fun...
I do enjoy teaching, and I LOVE the shows - But the sorting out of the costumes?? Urgh....
Hours upon Hours of dealing with smelly costumes and plastic costume bags is actually horrific. Its not just every show we have to do it, its also after every show and before the next to sort them back out before we have to RE-SORT them for the next show! Absolute Nightmare!
But now im off to sort out the costumes for our next show which is Buddy, The Musical. Since this is the 50s and most of it is leotards and circular skirts - it should be totally simple right? hmm.... We'll see....
