Long time no talk
I feel like i am probably never going to delete this lj. I have been doing horrible with the follow through... everytime I post I write an entry i say oh i am going to delete this in two weeks and then three months later it's still here. oh well.
For those who don't know this already my grandmother has alzhimer's disease. This disease has hit both sides off my family and it has been hard for me to deal with especially more recently. My mother's mother disease has gotten worse and it breaks my heart that she is starting to forget who we are. It's especially hard for me because I was the first born grandchild'... she used to baby sit me when I was little. It's so heartbreaking. We're doing research to have her put in a nursing home by the fall. My dad's mom has been in a nursing home for a few years now. I love seeing her i just hate the atmosphere of the nursing home// it's so depressing.
On a more happier note...
Matt and I have been living in the apartment for year. It's hard to believe a year has passed so quickly. Getting the apartment was the best descision that we ever made. I love Nashua so much!! Eventually our goal is to move to Portsmouth but right now we are happy with where we are. The job search has really been stressing me out. It's not like I don't like the YMCA... quite the contrary actually I love it there but I need something else so I can pay for the apartment. The job at Alvirne Adult Day Care is going well but I haven't been called in awhile... hopefuly in the summer I will get more hours from them . I really hope that I find something soon. Meet Me In St Louis went reallly well. I worked backstage this year helping out with set painting and scence changes. Definitely a good change of pace but I am already pumped for the auditions for Suessical in January. That's going to be such a fun show to be in. Princess K.I.M . auditions were this past weekend and they went well. We have an awesome cast and I am pretty excited. :) It's going to be a good show. Tickets go on sale on the 17th. Let me know if you want tickets!
