MB, your post made me laugh (On TKKC)! Parallel lives...hm...it's intriguing. What is also intriguing is that I seem to live parallel lives with lots of people on the internet! Fun! ;) Maybe we're really twins seperated at birth.
Umm...oh yeah- SCHOOL IS OVER! Whoot! I finished yesterday, hugged Mrs. D'addio and told her goodbye (I really almost teared up). And then I went to Mrs. Donachie's room last minute and gave her about 4 hugs...lol, and then I really started crying! Man, I'm not even a senior yet! I think that it's a legacy for her, me and Roco. We've been studying hard and spending extra time together and such after school...I feel bad that we didn't score well on the state ranking exam. And we spent two years studying hard for that test. And now we're pretty much done with Spanish (except for the SAT 2s, but we're all done w/spanish class)
It seriously makes me want to cry right now. I'll try not to.
And I seriously failed my history exam. Guess why? Quote from Mrs. Storipan:
"Study Chapter 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and a bit of 20. None of the chapters before are on the final. Chapters 11 through 14 are not on the final either."
She sounded somewhat vague. I didn't trust some of what she said, studied the entire chapter 20 and 14. What was on the final?! CHAPTERS 11-14! And things from the MIDTERM! I really really guessed for half of those questions. I totally forgot what the Federalists were (were they the early Republican party? I think so.). So I went to talk to her, and miserably failed, because she hates me and makes me nervous. So many students were complaining- why was the Bush-lover sent to talk it over with the Clinton-lover?
And in the hallway the next day, I was doing a dramatic presentation of the test for a small crowd (believe me, it happens), and I was like "Oh my GOD, so she completely LIED about the whole test. What do I expect, I mean, I'm listening to a DEMOCRAT anyway!" *round of applause and giggles* "Lorraine, shut up!"
(okay, she was right behind me. My timing sucks)
And no, that isn't insulting all Democrats. It was cheap shot comedy, I admit. I rarely do it (although many liberals LOVE to!). So that was a first. Okay, what's the score? Against those liberals who scream that every Republican is a stupid douchebag? Er...I guess it doesn't matter.
Anyway, so I failed. School's over but I'm still worried. Still having a few guy issues, I don't know when to let it go.
Yesterday we all stayed late at rehearsal working on the curtain call- since we get to dance to "She Bangs!" YES! Complete with William Hung Choreography! It's actually really funny. This show looks like it could be such a disaster, but it's so much fun to work on. I hope that all goes well Saturday.
And for the first time in a 2 months- I'm going to have a life again for one night! (No rehearsal!) What will I be doing?
Sleeping (recovering from finals), shopping for props, and picking up my dress.
Liz, you loser.
