Holy crapola, I'm posting...

So...not tired yet. It's very difficult getting back into the daytime schedule when you've been doing the nocturnal gig for so long. Right now I got a job working at the video game store Gamestop. A dream job most people would say, right? If this was the summer of 02' it probably would be. But the money I'm making at that place combined with the hours I'm gotten so far, this job isn't much to boast about at all. I'm to call the manager tomorrow after she makes the schedule to find how many hours she's given me for my first week. I'm currently set for the time being financially, but if I don't get a steady income of moola coming in here pretty soon, things may start to get crappy. I'm not just all about the hoping though. Even if I do get adequate hours to sustain my necessities. This kind of pay will leave little room for saving. I've thrown out a few other applications for some better paying jobs in the area, but the most hopeful one being the post office. Christina has been working there ever since I've known her and that kind of job would be the best thing in the world for me right now. All I need to do is wait to hear back from them for the opportunity to take my test. In other news. If you haven't heard, I've finally got myself a car! *low five* It's a 92' Toyota Carolla. Red mostly...with some...attempted brighter red spraypainted spots. And a ... *cough* bullethole in the top right-hand corner that only -adds- character. Yes, this car has seen many people and places. That's right! I like my car like I like my women....trashy and having seen many different people & places!.....um....wait a minute...that's not how I like my women at all! Scratch that..

Been having alot of fun lately. Not only is it the money I'm thankful  for doing Howl-O-Scream. But also I've had the fortune you meet many groovy young cats from around the Tampa area to call my friends since my time there. Just the other day, Sherman called me and invited me out to a kareoke bar. That was probably one of the most interesting evenings I've seen in a long time. I got to hang out with buddies, make some new ones while I was there, and have a good fuckin' time. It took me awhile to loosen myself up enough get up and sing. But after Sherman and the crew dragged me up there to sing Kokomo & Rock the Casbah, it became alot more comfortable for me.

So yeah...not much else has been going on with me. This month should promise to bring some interest what with the new Harry Potter, my dad's wedding, Thanksgiving, my mom's birthday, Dan's already passed birthday (and if you didn't wish him happy b-day yet, you better do it before I kick yer ass), um... let's see...what else....oh yes, what would've been Jeff Buckleys 39th birthday.... Expect more posts from me as the days progress. It's going to be a hard feat getting back into the habit of updating this regularly. I know I apologize and swear I will every time. It's just a matter of will dammit!
