Happy New Year!!!
So, it's officaly 2008!
Guess what that means.... I'm gonna be 18!!!
I don't know why I'm posing at 3 in the morning. I think it's cause I know I have work to do tomorrow and if I don't rant about the past week now, I'll use it as a procrastination tool.
But, that seem to sensible a reason. XP
It could be that I realize that once I go to sleep and wake up it will the the last day of break and then I'll have to go into serious procrastination mode and put things off even further by sheer force.
So, if I seriously think about all the bad shit that happened this week it should have been a really bad week. But... I really had a great time.
So, Wednesday (I just learned how to spell that word XD) I went with Sam, Melissa, Erin, Louisa (!), and that whole gang ice skating and to see Sweeney Todd and then go out to the Witches Brew.
All in all, an awesome day.
Ice Skateing was so fun. Melissa kept going fast and I would chase after her. Then we'd go slow again. And then fast. And then slow.
Repeate a few hundered more times.
=D It was fun.
It was funny to watch Sam fall, cause she seemed to only do it when she was going freakishly slow. Somehow she would go from slowing down to epic-ly rolling on the ice. XD
Sweeney Todd was amazing. Jonny Depp was... orgasmic, as always. I swear that man is the best actor in Hollywood. Any type of movie you can imagine, he's done and kicked ass at it. XD
I'll dance with him covered in blood any day.
And it seemed to all go to hell.
One of the two cars got lost on the way to Witches Brew.
Erin and I drove 15 mins in the wrong directing looking for them, and they just decided to go home anyway.
Then we got lost on the way back from bringing Mike home in North Port.
Which led to Sam being grounded for all eternity.
But, on the plus side:
- me and Louisa got busy chilled together in the trunk of Erins car the whole time
- I have a new favorite story to tell in the car when it gets dark *evil laughter*
...
See, I can't even think of Oh, and Mike's now infamos line of "Not on purpose"
That's it. It was still an awesome day though. XD
And then I get a call on Friday from Arianna saying that she just found out it was Gordon's birthday on Saturday and because he doesn't have friends she had to invite her friends.
So we go out to this hibachi place for diner. Our waiter is really hot and Arianna and I had to have a talk afterward about using out indoor voices because he would be just on the other side of the room and she would be really talking quite loud about him. *shakes head*
We had a lot of fun there. I love how people instictivly know that Arianna is the perfect person to trick. XD
So after that we go bowling. I like bowling. It put Nora in a bad mood though cause she told me the last time she went bowling was with her ex. That, and she sucks at it.
So for the second game we wait for Konrad, who's just came back from visiting family in Michigan (which Arianna thought was in Europe *headdesk*). So found his way there and bowled the last game with us. I still can't get over how... obviously, Arianna was flirting with him. With Gordon there. And me.
I'll never understand her.
It was awesome though to hang out with Konrad. He's like, my male counterpart. =DD
After that we go back to Arianna's house. Konrad, Nora, Jessica, and I get there before Gordon and Arianna. So Nora and Jessica start wandering over to the middle school and me and Konrad just follow. When we get to the track Nora and Jessica start running. I don't know why.
But, I look and Konrad and go "come on, let go catch them." So we do and about halfway around Nora turns around and realized that we're all right behind her and she stops. XD
wtf? I really don't know, but it was so much fun. XD
So, we go back to Arianna's house and she tells us to take Gordon out into the field so she can sneak around and get a pinata from one of the trees while he isn't looking.
Mind you, it's almost midnight now. I think it was like 11:30 when I looked at my phone.
Arianna baisicaly climbs the tree and stands there holding the sting. Gordon, who was in a bad mood the whole day XP, takes a swing at it, and... well...
Well, he kida lets go of the bat. Remember it's almost midnigh, so I don't even see it coming at me before I feel it and I'm on my knees trying to figure out what the hell happened.
Yeah.
So, I'm on the ground for a good minute trying to catch my breath.
Not fun. not fun.
Eventualy (>_>) the pinata is beaten senseless and people are collecting candy.
After that, Gordon had to go somewhere, and I didn't really want to go home, so we decided to go hang out in Blockbuster because Konrad knew the people who were working there.
We chilled there for a bit. Oh, that was when Nora found out that her favorite old guy died. She kinda freaked out.
After chilling there we decided to finally go home.
Well, that, and my mom called and was like, "you do know it's almost 1, right?"
So, I still think it was a really awesome week.
I don't know why.
I hope this year is... really great.
Oh, and Melissa and I officialy registered for Animenext. Now, I just have to find a way to get there really quickly.
