In other news, there has been such dramallama here over the weekend. Today, when I sat down at my desk, the phone rings. Who is it, you ask? Fucking 911. "Hi, we got an emergency call from one of your guests." I'm like, "okayyy?"
Turns out the guy who made the call is a fucking drunk who, after being released from prison after a one month sentence for DUI, goes home, has a fight with his wife, leaves home, comes to this hostel, drinks at least two cartons of white wine and fifteen cans of beer, sprains his ankle or something while wasted, then, upon waking in not shitfaced condition, found himself in excruciating pain and calls the ambulance, which took him to the nearest hospital for an x-ray - just in case. Leaving me to clean up his room, which reeked of beer and sour sweat. There was muesli all over the room, even in the bed. He had spilled beer on the floor. He hadn't used the bedsheets. I had to pick up his underwear off the fucking floor. And it was wet. I could kiss the inventor of latex gloves.
And that was not the only disgusting room I had to clean today! No, one of the guests had fucking shat himself in a bed.
