I really wanted to build singles with balconies, so I did!

First floor.
Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a nice balcony! On the first floor, there's also the mailbox, a small common area, and snack machines!!
Second floor.
Two more apartments and some couches.
Third floor.
Same as second floor.
Fourth floor.
More of the same!

And here's a better look at the tiny common area. I put the mailbox inside since I feel like most apartment buildings have them inside too. :D Download info below.
WARNING: I have ALL the EP's, and NONE of the SP's. It's highly possible that I used something from each EP, so be warned if you try to install this if you're missing an EP. I don't own a single SP, so no worries there.>
