Awesome-ness
I had such an amazing weekend last weekend. Lauren and MK came to visit, and we ate at PF Chang's with Amanda...who has totally become one of my most favorite people ever. We had a lot of fun wasting time at Borders and then at the mall the next day...but one of my highlights was probably teaching Lauren to Parallel park at 4:30 in the MORNING. Fun times, I swear.
This week itself has been pretty crappy...My lungs are kicking back into the swing of HATING me, and for the last 2 days breathing has not been a pleasant experience. On top of that, I think Allergies are kicking in and school is starting to kick my ass. We have a theory composition due right before break...and I SUCK at writing music. Luckily, I have Joe.
Things with Joe are almost perfect...coming from the girl who doesn't believe in perfection. Yeah he's a pain in the ass sometimes, but I know I am too, so we're even. Tomorrow (I suppose its technically today) I am going to his grandparents house in New Hope for his cousin's(?) confirmation, at which time I get to meet the ENTIRE family. As I realize that its tonight, I'm getting super nervous. We're not from the same world AT ALL. But that doesn't really stop us. I'm just worried that I won't make a good first impression. But that shouldn't really be a problem right? After all I am a waitress, I know how to make people love me......I hope. Right now I'm just hoping that I feel better...otherwise I'm not really going to be nervous about meeting the family, I'll be nervous about the possibility that I might pass out in front of them.
Now I just have to get through this day, and then this weekend. And then the week...and then I GET TO SEE JESSIE!!! I really can't wait. I miss that girl sooo much. Lets just hope that I'm not super stressed out about EVERYTHING when she gets here....
