It seems I am alive....

I'm back at school, and I'm soooooo glad that I am. It was a LOONG break, that I could have used less of. I think I'm just glad to be HOME. I'm not saying that break wasn't good, it was amazing. I got to see Joe way more than I thought I would, and minus the slight migrane, New Years was awesome. Christmas was great, and minus the doctors appointments and work, I was with my friends as much as possible.

Everything here seems to be going well. Classes don't seem that hard...well Writing is going to be a pain but, I'll deal. I have 3 instrument classes, which don't seem too hard. Violin/Viola is moving along slowly, but its moving, and I'm not really too worried, thanks to Mr Hercock. Flute isn't going to be hard either.... sure the fingerings are going to be different since I know brass and strings...but o well. At least I'm getting a decent sound outta the thing. Double reed I'm excited about. I LOVE the bassoon and thats what we're starting the semester with. I can't wait to start working with it. Its cool. Other than those, English will kill me but I'll attempt to kick ass anyway. Cantari already seems better than last semester because of the music. Theory and Aurals shouldn't be bad because Dr Kelly seems cool... a little bit like he wants to be a Beatle...but thats cool. Tap should be really great once we get into it. So that leaves math (which will be great sitting next to Laurie and Trevor) and Piano (which I haven't started yet). So mostly classes are good, there are a few drawbacks, but I don't feel like complaining about it. Theres not really anything that I can do.

I am super sad that Jessie isn't here. I really miss the girl! My room is a lot quieter, not that I'm ever here. Kristin is cool though. I can deal with the trade off... I just wish I got to see Jessie more. Speaking of seeing people, I don't see German like EVER! I'm sooo upset. I love that kid. But now that he's living down on South, I'm not sure when I'm going to see him...ever. It makes me sad. I did see one of the people that I love, Issac. I spotted him after Theory one day while I was stopping by the office to get my recital card. That made me very happy.

Other than that, Everything is great. Now that I'm not sick, I'm not grumpy anymore. I've also realized that I can be uber competetive, which should be good come time for auditions. And Joe is awesome. I can't describe it anything other way. We click.
O! And I think RENT is showing at Sykes starting February 16th (Cay- I know you want to come visit!). Joe and I (and Amanda...I believe) are planning on going to see every showing. It should be fun.
I'll stop clogging up your friends pages now.
