It's mihimaru GT, of course I have nothing but good things to say!... Okay, truth be told, at first I wasn't a huge fan of SWITCH. I liked it, but it took a while to really grow on me. Now I can't believe I was ever unhappy about it. I guess it was just because I wanted a strong hip-hop based song, rather than a pop song with hip-hop influences; which is what we got here. I was also a little disappointed with Over Drive being the b-side track. Not because the song is bad or anything, but it was already on the Judy & Mary tribute album, and I wanted something NEW. But I love the song none-the-less and it does match the mood of SWITCH very well.
A lot of people, myself included, were a little disappointed with the PV when it first surfaced online. It's pretty much just Hiroko and Miyake dancing and singing against a gray screen, while showcasing various popular sports (the song, after all, is about sportsmanship). But after watching the PV over and over again I can't help but to love it anyway! Despite the simplicity, Hiroko is just SO CUTE and Miyake looks SO COOL. I haven't seen a decent quality clip of the PV (only YouTube rips) so that's mostly why I'm uploading it. Usually I don't bother with uploading the DVDs :P
