more on cd number 2

Well as the title says....more on cd 2.....last night I semi-completed song number 3 for the cd....the title for it is "Rose On My Grave" essentially its about last september when I blew out my voice. I seriously considered giving up my music because it depressed me so much that I did that to myself. I was also really down because I had such a good time fronting a metal band. In keeping with the more positive tone tho....the song is a reflection on that thought....obviously I didn't give up. In terms of the style for this cd.....its more focussed on a metal direction...."Rose on My Grave" is the heaviest track I've written to date. The cd then is less of a mish mash this time.

As stated before one of the other titles for a song on the cd is "Dawn of a New Day". I have finished the lyrics for the untitled one and the title for that one is "The Pursuit".

Anyway at the rate this songwriting is going this cd may be finished quicker than expected.
