Incubus = KINGS

Wow...I haven't updated in a loooong time. I've been mucho busy since school has started. But i experienced something on Monday night that i just can't forget....I saw Incubus at Merriweather!!! Ahh it was sooo AMAZING! I def can't stop thinking about it, it rocked. I was so close to Brandon, Mike, Jose, Kilmore and Ben! Brandons super sexy! I'd be his Southern girl any day of the week, except Thursday. I'm Kevins ThursdaY...HAHA.

They played a lot of songs i wanted them to play. Like The Warmth, Here in my Room, Stellar, Idiot Box, Wish you were here. They did some crazy drum jam sessions. It was awesome to say the least. I was happy that they spread out the songs from ACLOTM b/c that made it seem like they didn' play a ton of them. I mean i've come to like that cd, but i LOVE the older ones like S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and Make Yourself. I remember when i was pissed about the whole Dirk Lance, Ben Kenney thing but i think im pretty much over it. I remember the time when i was so excited to get the new Incubus cd, ACLOTM, listened to it, and hated it. Yes indeed there was a time when i hated it. But the more i listened , the more i started to like the songs Here in my Room, Smile Lines, Agoraphobia, Sick Sad Little world. The concert was just over all Fabulous, next time there in town i'm definetly going.

I wasn't able to find Kevin during Here in my Room. That sucked. As soon as i got to Merriweather i went to row AA to see him. But he was no where to be found. He kept coming into my head during the concert. I hope him and Nerp has fun.

I'll leave you with the setlist. I know your all dying to know what Incubus played...Halo Theme / Pistola / Nice To Know You / Idiot Box / Wish You Were Here / Just a Phase / Stellar/De Do Do Do De Da Da Da / Beware! Criminal / Here In My Room / Drive (Remix) / Priceless / "Hip Hop" Jam / Vitamin / Drum Jam / Everything in Ebb / Talk Shows on Mute / Made For TV Movie / Are You In? / Sick Sad Little World / Megalomaniac / Pantomime / Southern Girl / The Warmth
