[DECEMBER 19] 6 RECOMMENDED TRACKS
6 days until Christmas! It's exciting, yeah? :D
For December 19th, 2007, I've created a playlist with 6 highly recommended tracks (to celebrate 6 days until Christmas :D). I encourage you to try them out. Like I said, they're all highly recommended!

★ Stephanie, "君がいる限り (Acoustic Version)" [SS]
Japanese, Pop, Ballad, Acoustic
Stephanie has such a clear and pure voice - really gorgeous. *___* 君がいる限り (Kimi ga Iru Kagiri) was the title track of her debut single, and it was very recently released as a B-side track on her single, "Winter Gold". Out of the 3 vocal tracks on that single, this is definitely my favourite. I loved the original version, and I think I'm loving the acoustic version even more. The lighter instrumentals really emphasize Stephanie's gorgeous vocals. A really beautiful song!
★ 阎韦伶 (Olivia Yan), "Olivia" [SS]
Mandarin, Pop, Ballad
Olivia has such a clear and sweet voice. She's really growing on me, I'm starting to adore her more and more. "Olivia" is one of my favourite tracks from her album 傻孩子 (Silly Child). It's a slow to mid-tempo ballad, and I really love the instrumentals to this song. Their light and sweet, just like Olivia's voice. A perfect match, and a really enjoyable song!
★ May J., "Dear..." [SS]
Japanese, R&B, Pop, Ballad
May J. has such a beautiful, smooth voice; perfect for R&B. "Dear..." is one of my favourite tracks from her debut album, "Baby Girl". It's a ballad with a light and pretty instrumental. May J.'s voice really fits in well with the instrumental. I find that the melody and lyrics get stuck in my head quite easily; "Dear..." is a very pretty, and addicting track.
★ The Melody, "Goodbye" [zShare]
English, Korean, Ballad
As I recall, this song was an insert song from "1st Shop of Coffee Prince", but wasn't on the soundtrack? Anyhow, I searched for a long time for this track (because it was just so sweet and fit in perfectly during that episode of Coffee Prince where it was used :D) and finally found it. The acoustic instrumentals are so pretty, and the girls who sing this have such sweet and pretty voices as well. The lyrics (at least the English ones, which I can understand) are really sweet as well. Overall, a really sweet song.
★ 이돈, "MEMORIZE" [SS]
Korean, R&B, Ballad
Lee Don has one of the smoothest and clearest voices I've ever heard. His voice also has a sense of depth and passion within it, I'm in love with his voice. *___* "MEMORIZE" is my favourite song from him (and from the "MEMORIZE" single). It's a mid-tempo track with addicting beats and melody. I just really love it, and I'm really looking forward to hearing more from him.
★ 티아, "거짓말이라도" [SS]
Korean, R&B, Pop, Ballad
Tia has a gorgeous voice, it's pretty but also has a sense of strength and depth to it. She really sounds good with ballads. "거짓말이라도" is a my favourite track off her album, "DEEP BREATH". It's a passionate ballad, with a beautiful chorus. Her voice fits perfectly with the rest of the song. A really talented singer!
