I actually went a day without updating. :-O I'm sure all of you are shocked. That was the first day I didn't post at least once in...October 29th. Yes. That's nearly an entire month.

To play catch-up...Friday night...umm...well, I went to dinner with Greta and Liz and Alanna (who lives next to me, but not with Greta...on the other side) and a bunch of Greta's friends. So that was fun. Umm...and then I came back here, and Nicole walked past and then came into my room and talked to me for a while. And eventually Greta stopped by and invited us to a movie night in her room. So, after a long wait and Nicole and I going through an entire bag of popcorn (because I made it and then Greta got a phone call from her boyfriend and Nicole and I busted open the bag and ate the whole thing...yeah) we went to Greta's room and watched Sleepless in Seattle. That really is a good movie. Because I love Tom Hanks. And I love the name Jonah. And it's romantic and charming and witty and just...all around good. So, after that, we watched Leno and some of Conan (I'ma gonna go to Hell when I die...) and then I went to bed at midnight.

Saturday I got up far too early. And got up a little after Jen came back to our room. Meaning she wasn't there at all Friday night. But I'm guessing she just stayed at one of her friends places or something. Anyways...dragged my tired butt down to Haas for choir dress rehearsal. That was good. It's so freaking cool singing with an orchestra. And it just rings so well in Gantner. I heart good accoustics. So after that, I went to breakfast down in Davies with Charis. And then I walked up the hill alone, because Charis was going to the library. And then I did homework. Yes, homework!! I got the big paragraph parts done for both new chapters that are due in intro to therapy tomorrow. The cruddy part apart that was that Jen was sleeping...yes, she slept all day until like 5...so I couldn't rock out to music until she left. Anyway, after I was done with that and printed it out, it was like 7 and I was hungry so I went with Nicole to dinner. And then we were going to play cards or something, but when I got to her room she had the TV on TV10 and they were playing old TV10 shows. Like, from 1991 and 1992. And some of them were so funny. So we watched that, then flipped around for a while watching Phil of the Future and Drake and Josh and stuff like that. And then at 10 TV10 had on the movie Son In Law, which stars Pauly Shore. And it was so freaking funny, you don't even know. Well, maybe you do. But yeah, after that it was midnight and I went to bed. Jen came in soon after, which was okay, except she was talking outloud here and there, and then I fell asleep. But I woke up at 1 something to the sound of...ripping. Yes, Jen was paging through a magazine and ripping pages out. And occasionally singing lines of Rufus Wainwright. I was hoping she'd stop soon, but she didn't. And after the ripping stopped, she started cutting the pages. And I could tell she had no clue that it was making a lot of noise. So anyway...long story short I sat up in bed and asked her if she was going to bed soon, since it was almost 2 by that point. and she said yeah, and I was going to talk to her today about it because I knew I needed to, but when I said I would she wouldn't let it rest, so I talked to her last night and she was really nonchalant about it. Which makes me think that I either was too nice and she just kinda went "Ehh, okay." and blew it off or...I don't know. Anyway, so then I went to bed.

Sunday I got up at 10:30 with all intentions of finishing my intro to therapy homework before my concert, but alas, I am slow. So...yeah, ate food, got ready for the concert, had the concert. It went really really well. We did some things really good, the best we've done them. And it was just a lot of fun and a lot of awesomeness. And Gantner was practically full, which made me happy. And my new shoes...oh, yeah...Saturday I took a quick run to Shopko because I had no closed toed black shoes. And I could've worn my open toed black shoes, but they're heels, and they're painful to stand in for even a little bit, so I figured standing on those risers for a half hour straight two times in a row would kill me. So, I found these cute shoes at Shopko that I like and I'd show you a picture but of course they're not on the website. Anyway, they're like mary janes but they have a little flower type looking thing made of leather on them. Yeah, I suck at explanations. Anyway...I also found a pair of boots that I liked and that actually fit me, but they were $30 and I'm like...I don't have $30 to spend on boots. Christmas gift idea!! Anyway, back to the concert...it was awesome. And I'm very excited about next semester, because we're singing Brahm's Requiem, and that's like Dr. Rieck's favorite piece of music ever in the entire world. So, after the concert I changed and then trudged back up the hill. And since then I've been reading journal entries, writing this one, going to dinner with Nicole, and watching the Simpsons and the Wizard of Oz and other miscellanious TV. And avoiding finishing my homework. But not anymore. I'm going to go do it right now. Get 9 and 10 done, then at least look at my theory, then do some other miscellanious stuff.

I still don't know how I'm getting home for Thanksgiving. Jacque's going to Madison, Courtney Stults is leaving too early (on tuesday afternoon...I'd have to miss 3 classes, including choir which is bad because we only have 2 rehearsals until the holiday concert), and when I called the lady who's the daughter of the people who lived two houses down from us, there was no answer so I left a message on her machine. Except I only gave her my phone number, and I basically am not going to be in my room Monday or Tuesday. So I've decided Monday night I'm going to call again, and if I get her machine again I'll leave my e-mail address. If I can't get ahold of her I have other options, I guess. Jacque gave me the names of three people from Gibraltar who go here. And there's a name on the ride board for Green Bay, I believe. So I got options.

I really want my own car, though. I think I may bring it here next year. Although I'll feel bad because then my sister won't have a car and it would suck not having a car your senior year. Like, I don't know what I would've done had I not had a car. And, like, it's not like any of her friends live nearby so she could get picked up on the way to school. So...yeah. I dunno.

Anyway...it's now 8:40. I suck at life. Going to do homework now.

Oh my god I am so tired.
