New York

I love New York sooo much. I had forgotten how much until I was back there. There's always something new and funny or interesting or whatever going on; I'm never bored. There's so much to look at that I could just walk around for hours and not notice if I was tired or hungry or anything.

There are so many random stories I could tell you, like seeing an ad for designer braces on the subway. I just...love it. I really love my great-aunt that lives there too. She's kind of partially my idol. There are parts of her that I just can't believe that she's like that, but I love her for it. Her drunkeness I don't love as much, but she's still lovely.

I visited NYU and Columbia. I will never go to Columbia. NYU, however, I fell in love with. It's integrated into the city, the studuent body is friendly and just, I don't know. I felt like I fit in there. Among other things. I was going to rant on here, but I've now decided not to.

My mom told me once we got off the plane that I had smiled more in the New York than I had in a long time, and I kind of don't doubt that. There was so very little stress, and any stress that was there was automatically taken away once I was walking in the city. This was kind of a pointless post. Oh well. I just love it so much.
