For the past couple of days I have been working out in the early morning. It's nothing special really. Just doing the old Karate thing. But I am just amazed to see how my body has become a shadow of its former self. I figured if I want to get back in shape just train the way I did when I was in shape. That was a bad idea. My whole body hurts now. I damn near used all the ice in the fridge. Since my hands are shaken too much my Live Journals take twice as long to write. Oh well. All I can say is that I have learned my lesson and I will never do 1000 kicks and punches again without a couples weeks of building my body up. Now it's time for a nice nap.
