Is this retroactive?? Coz strangefrontier and keyweegirlie signed up after seeing a post on my LJ (I would link you, but it's FLocked).

that counts! and because strangefrontier signed up you will be awarded one 5 category free pass which will be noted in the claim post :-)

If keyweegirlie signs up for a claim you will get another.

yeah, she had talked to me about changing up the themes here. So hopefully she's getting something together and will submit her claim soon :-)
