I'm HOME!
I never thought I'd be happy to say that. The new job just isn't going as well as expected. Don't get me wrong, I love the camp and the kids and all, but a majority of the staff sucks. It may be because a lot of them are imature 17-18 year olds and all they do is gossip. Some of them are just extremely hurtfull though. I feel bad for those they make remarks about...especially since those happen to be the coolest/nicest people at the camp. I also know that I'm one of those that they don't much care for. Not that it's ever been directly stated, but as they say actions speak louder than words. So, anyways, I'm frustrated to no end with some of the staff and it's making it less fun to work there.
But on the upside I'm HOME. I've not been home but 3 hours and I've already had my first alcoholic drink...and my birthday isn't for two days! My step-mom was like you want a margerita and I was like can I have one two days before my b-day. So anyways, she let me have one. lol. It was alright, it was just the original flavor. It tasted to much like Lemonaid and I'm not a huge fan of lemonaid. But I drank it non-the-less. Hopefully my next drink will be better.
So yeah, that's all I've got for now. I'm just excited to be home.
